Maintenance Coordinator

Job Description:

The maintenance coordinator will be in charge of third party vendors engaged in maintaining and repairing CURE Leasing and Maintenance owned equipment. He or she will direct vendors engaged in repairs of equipment and ensure that the equipment is repaired properly and a fair rate of compensations is issued for work completed. The maintenance coordinator is also responsible for organizing and planning the routine and scheduled maintenance of all CURE owned equipment.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle road breakdown calls and required documentation
  • Evaluate and schedule necessary resources to meet company requirements
  • Create, sort, and classify work orders
  • File maintenance documentation
  • Maintenance required reports
  • Follow up on units that are “out-of-service”

Required Skills:

  • Mechanic and/or transportation background
  • Able to work night shift and ensure that both an internal and external “customer service” focus is maintained at all time
  • Complete other duties and tasks assigned by the Director of Maintenance
  • Must be able to legibly read and write reports
  • Good knowledge of maintenance methods and equipment across the disciplines
  • Must be computer literate
  • Diesel Mechanic experience is preferred
